How to Maintain Your Results for the Long Term

“I’ve written about my weight loss journey with Paul so I won’t elaborate anymore on that.  Suffice it to say, working with Paul was life changing and I got into the best shape of my life quicker than I could have ever imagined

For a variety of reasons, I had to stop working with Paul about 3 months ago and while the training sessions stopped, the lessons learned and the feeling of control over my physical appearance didn’t. In the time I worked with Paul, I learned how to eat well, how to construct a workout in the gym, how to adapt a workout to injuries and most importantly, the confidence to know that I can stay fit whether or not I’m working with a trainer. If I have a bad week or bad month I don’t stress about it anymore.  I know that I can apply the principles I learned with Paul for a short period of time- maybe a week or two- and can get back to where I want to be.  Its a pretty awesome result for someone who was (half) jokingly called “Fat Eric” by close friends.

One year ago, Paul measured me at 8.4% body fat.  Today, 2 days before my 36th birthday, I went in to see Paul and was at 8.6% body fat - Results that truly last.

Even though I’ve been able to maintain, I’ll start working with Paul again shortly- because  who just wants to maintain?”
