"I started training with Paul over 12 months ago with a goal to improve my overall body strength, in particular upper body, to help with my weekend warrior activities such as obstacle racing (and keeping the kids entertained!!). To enjoy these races you need the right balance of strength, endurance and mobility. Over the past year I have completed five 21km races and have seen huge progress in my ability to complete obstacles at times of extreme fatigue.
